WE GOT NEW PICTURES OF KATE!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!! We have sent 2 packages - one we sent ourselves, packed it with things from the US, and sent it to our agency contact in China, who re-routed it to Kate's orphanage. The second we sent from an online website www.redthreadchina.com ... and that lady (Ann) sent Kate a cake and other bday-related items. She just sent us pictures of Kate's birthday party!!! What a GIFT to have these pictures this morning! Here they are... WOW! Kate is the one in the orange outfit with the yellow shoes in the exersaucer in some of the pics. In others she is wearing the pink and white outfit we mailed to her and holding the same little purple bunny we held just weeks ago!!! WOW! We love you, little Kate!!!! (ps. her lip has been repaired!!!)

how fun! i love the other kids are so excited too about the cake. she looks adorable and i must admit that i looked through the photos before actually reading! ;) i thought her lip looked to be repaired and was so glad to see that good news in the text after i slowed down a bit! so happy for you guys!
